Another method to search Dial Around Calls is to perform an All Calls search. This will include both inbound and outbound call results.
- Navigate to the Recordings > Voice screen.
- From the Call Type dropdown menu select All Calls.
- In the Processed between fields, select the date range the recording was processed.
- Complete any other required fields and click Search (refer to the Admin Guide – Recording Guide for detailed information regarding the Recordings screen).
- If the ANI entered is authorized, it will appear in in the Authorized Numbers section below.
- Dial Around calls can be distinguished with Out Types of calls with no classification information (see example below).
