Users signed into the Admin Portal can send text messages to agents from the Admin Portal Monitoring page. As a CCA user, you may receive these text messages via the CCA. When you receive a text message from another agent you are is able to read the message, but cannot reply to the message. Once the message is read, click Close to close the text message.
