The Config Blacklist page (Configure > General Blacklist) allows you to compile and add phone numbers, email addresses, or IP addresses to a blacklist, to ensure that unwanted sources are disconnected and/or declined immediately when entering your system.

Note: Inbound traffic originating from blacklisted items (such as phone numbers, chat sessions, e-mails) will be declined.
