To search for existing rules, you can search for all rules at once, or you can filter your search by one or more of the following rule components: NPA, NXX, and Queue. If a rule exists for the filter applied, your search results appear in table format located below the Filter By controls.
To search for existing georouting rules:
- Complete one or more of the filter fields:
- NPA – Type the 3-digit area code of the calling number.
- NXX – Type the 3-digit exchange following the 3-digit area code number in the calling number.
- Queue – From the drop down menu, select the Queue the caller will automatically be routed to.
2. Click Apply Filters.
3. All rules matching the filter by search criteria are listed in table format, located below the filter fields.
