The Agent Report provides a summary of an Agent’s team or event information, shift start and end times, any descriptions that relate to the shifts and events, specified locations for the event, and event duration. The report can contain information for one day or multiple days, depending on the selected report Start Date and End Date.
Access the Agent report by selecting Main Menu > Reports > Agent.
