Open the IVRs screen within the Admin Portal to see the list of IVRs for your contact center.
To configure items specific to your IVR:
- Click the Settings icon to open a screen with your specific configuration items.
- The Advanced Settings dialog box opens. Enter the relevant information in the boxes.
- Click Update to save all changes made to the advanced settings. A warning message appears to let you know all changes take effect immediately. Click OK to proceed and save the changes made.
