Resolutions indicate what action the agent took to resolve the event. The Resolutions tab is used to define the list of resolutions your agents will select from when classifying the event.
Once the Resolutions screen is opened, by default, a list of all existing resolutions are displayed on the screen. View resolutions Per Team, Per Queue, or view All client types at once, by selecting the correct View Resolution Type option at the top of the screen.
