The Data Export Options tab allows you to configure how the data will be exported, as well as what data, such as the voice recordings or the voicemail activity, will be exported to the FTP Server.

To configure the data export options you want, do the following:
- From the File Format list, select the format you want the data exported in.
You can choose between CSV (Comma separated value) and XML (Extensible Markup Language). - Select as many of the checkboxes you need to include that data, in addition to the Call Recordings, that is exported to the FTP Server. Click Update when done.
