User information is automatically transferred from the Client Administrator Portal into the Schedule Manager  Manager solution. For individuals to have access to Schedule Manager, they must be added to the Admin Portal and assigned a Schedule Manager Role

Users are deleted from Schedule Manager and access is denied when their Schedule Manager role in the Admin Portal is set to Excluded from Schedule Manager.
