If the Salesforce CRM is not working, it may not be registered. Contact your system Administer and provide the following information:

  • User Name, used to connect to Salesforce
  • User Password
  • User Token

Your system Administrator will contact support to have the CRM connector registered, and will notify you once it is registered.
Note: If your User Name, Password, or Token changes at any time, you must notify your system Administer so the CRM connector registration information can be updated.
