Open the IVRs screen within the Admin Portal to see the list of IVRs for your contact center.

To configure items specific to your IVR:

  1. Click the Settings icon to open a screen with your specific configuration items.

  2. The Advanced Settings dialog box opens. Enter the relevant information in the boxes.

  3. Click Update to save all changes made to the advanced settings. A warning message appears to let you know all changes take effect immediately. Click OK to proceed and save the changes made.
