Agents and team administrators need to have the ability to create, edit, and delete the caller ID information that teams of agents can select from when placing outbound calls. These will be the numbers and information that the call recipient will see on their telephone caller ID displays.

Introducing, Additional Caller IDs . With this feature, you can define a list of caller ID numbers that will be applicable to specific teams or to all teams. The agents will be able to select from this list within the Contact Center Application.
