To search for an SMS Number:

  1. From the Client Admin Portal, navigate to Configuration > Queues > Manage SMS. 
  2. In the Find SMS field, enter an SMS number.
  3. Click Find.
  4. All SMS numbers matching your search query appear in table format on the Queue Configuration page. If no SMS match is found, the page will remain blank.
