Resolutions indicate what action the agent took to resolve the event. The tab Resolutions tab is  is used to define the list of resolutions your agents will select from when classifying the event.

Once the screen Resolutions screen is  is opened, by default, a list of all existing resolutions are displayed on the screen. View resolutions  The view resolutions types can be filtered by Per Team, Per Queue, or view All client types at once, by selecting the correct View Resolution Type option at the top of the screen.desired option.
