To view subjects per queue select Per Queue, located at the top of the page.

When Per Queue is selected, users can add/remove client types to/from various queues:

1. From the Queue drop down menu, select a Queue.

2. The Subjects, Sub-subjects, and Sub-subject Details for the selected queue appear.Edit queue client types by selecting and unchecking the check boxes.are displayed at the bottom of the page.

3. Click Update to save your changes.
