Click on Edit Templates located in the top right corner of the screen.

This will bring you to the Email Notification Templates screen. At this point, all scheduled report emails will be sent out using the default system template for emails. From here you have the option of uploading templates for the following email types: Executed with attachment, for emails that will contain an attached file of the scheduled report, Executed without attachment, for emails that will contain a link to follow to see your scheduled report, and Executed with error, which will be an email of the scheduled report, but it indicates that there is an error with the report. You can create a custom template for each scenario and upload it here.

In the Subject line, type in what you would like the subject line to be for the email of the scheduled report. Click Browse and Click Choose File and a window will pop up allowing you to search for the file you wish to upload.

Once you have located the file you wish to use, click Open. To save your changes and complete the upload be sure to click Update.

If you wish to view the template that you have chosen, or to see what the default template looks like, click View.

A dialog box will open allowing you to choose in which format you can view the template. Once you have made your decision, click OK.

It is important to note that if you wish to make any changes to your template you must create a new file and upload it. You can not edit the template at this level once it has been uploaded.

If you wish to go back to using the default templates simply click Reset to Default located in the top right corner. This will remove any templates that you have uploaded and will reset all templates to the default system settings.
