A customer initiates a chat from within a CCA chat queue by completing the following personal information:
First Name – Customer's first name.
Last Name – Customer's surname.
Email Address – Customer's email address.
Send – Click to initiate chat.
The following message appears on the customer's screen as the request is being processed.
