  1. From the Monitoring screen click on the Options button located in the top left part of the screen.



  2. This will open the Monitoring Options dialogue box. In this box, click on the Agent Status tab.

  3. Put a check in the Show agents signed out section checkbox and click OK.

  4. At the bottom of the Monitoring screen you will now see the Agents Signed Out monitoring tab, and be able to see which agents have signed out of the CCA, along with all of their cumulative data for that day.
