User information is automatically transferred from the Client Administrator Portal into the Workforce Scheduler solution. For individuals to have access to WFM, they must be added to the Admin Portal and assigned a WFM Role.
Users are deleted from WFM and access is denied when their WFM role in the Admin Portal is set to Excluded from WFM
