You can optionally choose to have your call recordings and/or Call Detail Records exported. Additionally, you can define which specific aspects of the call data you want to view for your reporting purposes. For example, you can choose to add the callback activity to the data that is transferred, but not the voicemail activity.
For whitelisting purposes of adding to an allow list, use:
Canadian clients: 206.225.166.129 and 206.225.166.166
US clients: 166.78.93.64 and 64.78.51.166
