From the Admin Portal, you can upload a profile picture to your account. Uploading a picture makes the Agent-Agent and Agent-Customer interaction more personal. The uploaded profile picture will appear in the Admin Portal under your user profile for all Agents to see when viewing your profile, as well as in chat windows when a chat is initiated with the Agent.To upload a profile pic to your account:

To upload a profile pic to your account:
- Navigate to the My Profile page in the Admin Portal.
- Click the Identification tab.
- Mouse over the profile picture and click Change.
- Locate the picture you would like to upload and click Open.
- The image is automatically resized to the correct dimensions and uploaded to the Admin Portal.
Removing a Profile Picture
To remove a profile pic from your account:
- Navigate to the My Profile page in the Admin Portal.
- Click on the Identification tab.
- Mouse over the profile picture and click Clear.
- A Delete confirmation dialog appears. Click OK.
- The profile picture is removed from the Agent’s account.
