User information is automatically transferred from the Client Administrator Portal into the Workforce Scheduler Schedule Manager  solution. For individuals to have access to WFMSchedule Manager, they must be added to the Admin Portal and assigned a WFM Schedule Manager Role

Users are deleted from WFM Schedule Manager and access is denied when their WFM Schedule Manager role in the Admin Portal is set to Excluded from WFMSchedule Manager
