Once all rotations are created they can be assigned to users. Ensure all of your agents have been entered into the Telax Administrator Portal; all agents created in the Administrator Portal have been automatically imported into WFMSchedule Manager.

From the Agents tab, you can Assign Rotations to users and Unassign Rotations from users.
