To view subjects per queue select Per Queue, located at the top of the page.

When Per Queue is selected, users can add/remove client types to/from various queues:

1. From the Queue drop down menu, select a Queue.

2. The Subjects, Sub-subjects, and Sub-subject Details for the selected queue appear.Edit queue client types by selecting and unchecking the check boxes.

3. Click Update to save your changes.
