To create a bulletin:

  1. Record an available bulletin prompt.
  2. Enter a corresponding description.

  3. Click the Options link located to the right of the Bulletin Status.

  4. Select an option to determine its call flow.

    Note: Always click Update, located in the upper right corner, to save your changes.
     
  5. After creating and configuring a bulletin, it is stored and ready to be activated at any time. There are two places in the call flow where a bulletin can be applied: either for an individual queue, or for an entire IVR.
