To search for existing rules, you can may search for all rules at once, or you can filter your search by one or more of the following rule components: NPA, NXX, and Queuethe "Key Value" and the "action" . If a rule exists for the filter applied, your search results appear in table format located below the Filter By controls. Note, even if you do have some "Transfer to DID" actions defined in your rules, your Geo Routing enabled IVR will ignore rules with that action.

To search for existing georouting rules:

- Type
...
- in the desired "Key Value" and select the "Action" from the dropdown menu
2. Click Apply Filters.
3. All rules matching the filter by search criteria are listed in table format, located below the filter fields.
