This is the list of conditions you must meet:

  1. You must have a valid account in MessageBird with an associated business phone number and WhatsApp channel.
    FMI: For more information, see Setting up a MessageBird Account & WhatsApp channel.

  2. If you are subscribed to UNIVERGE BLUE® ENGAGE Complete, the WhatsApp feature is automatically enabled on your account.

  3. If you are subscribed to UNIVERGE BLUE® ENGAGE Advanced, you can purchase the SMS & Messaging Add-on to enable this feature on your account.
    TIP: Contact your Service Provider for information on how to purchase and activate this feature.
