The Evaluator tool is used to evaluate Voice and Chat interactions between agents and customers. This will allow you to see how agents are talking to customers and if the messages are being delivered in the manner you want and if company procedures are being followed.

You will find the Evaluator tool under Tools Evaluator in the left-hand navigation panel.

Clicking on Evaluator will open the tool in a separate tab and bring you to the Evaluations home screen where all evaluations that have been done are displayed.
