There are two methods for deploying to Wordpress, one is to deploy a chat for all pages, and the other to deploy a chat for a particular page. Both methods are explained here.

One Chat for All Pages

To deploy one chat for all pages:

1. Navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Theme editor.
   

   

2. Find the Theme Footer.
   

   

3. Add the script reference as follows:

   1. For Proactive Chat V1.0:

   2. For Proactive Chat V2.0, copy the Proactive URL as shown in Proactive Chat v2.0

Chat for one Particular Page

To deploy a chat for a particular page:

1. Navigate to Pages, edit the target page, and add a Custom HTML block.
   

   

   
   

   

2. Paste the script tag, and then click Publish.

   2. For Proactive Chat V2.0, copy the Proactive URL as shown in Proactive Chat v2.0
