The Clone feature allows you to quickly create an agent by duplicating an existing agent with similar settings. To clone:

1. Highlight the agent you wish to duplicate and click Clone.
   
   
    
2. A new agent named Cloned User will be added to the team with identical general settings and skills.
   
   
    
3. Give the cloned agent a unique username, full name, email address, and password.
