Introducing, Changes to existing ANI variable to ignore the + prefix on country codes, and two new variables that will include the + prefix.

• May 19: USA East, Rogers

Highlights

Some IVRs are designed in such a way that if a leading + is included in a string of numbers, it breaks the IVR or some of the IVR's functionality.  This fix will reduce those occurrences..

1. The current ANI variable will ignore the + sign

2. A new variable called Full ANI will be created that will contain the entire ANI, including the + sign

3. A second variable called Full DNIS will be created that will contain the entire DNIS, including the + sign
