Introducing, Changes to the email sent when a Contact Centre Admin Portal user requests to reset their password.

Highlights

  1. Currently, when an Admin Portal user requests a password reset, the email sent in response addresses the user by their username. In order to enhance security, the emails will address the user by their first name.

  2. All references to Telax will be stripped from the emails.

  3. The following images show an example. When setting up this user, Luke Cage was entered as the user’s first name.
