The Agent and Customer Chat is equipped with spell check. As the agent or customer is typing, misspelled words are automatically recognized as incorrect and are underlined in red alerting the agent and customer of a misspelled word.

    

  

To correct the misspelled word:

  1. Right click on the word, and select the correctly spelled word from the menu list. 

         

  2. The misspelled word is replaced by the newly selected word.
