Bulletins are disabled from the IVRs page of the Admin Portal.
To disable a bulletin:
- Navigate to to the IVRs page by selecting Configuration > IVRs from the Navigation Panel located on the left side of the screen.
- Locate the entry with the activated bulletin.
- From the Active Bulletin drop down menu, select None.
- Click Update, located in the upper right corner, to save your changes.
Note: Bulletins that have been activated or deactivated for a queue from the Bulletins page will automatically be updated on the Queues page.
