If the flagging feature is enabled, you can alert your supervisor of the call or event that you've just handled by placing a checkmark in the box labeled Flag to a Supervisor and select the reason for flagging from the drop down list menu on the right. Caller and disposition information, along with any other notes, will be emailed directly to your assigned supervisor.
