Before doing an Evaluation you will have to create the templates and questions that will be used to evaluate the agent-customer interactions.

To create an Evaluation template:

After opening the Evaluator, click on the Form Templates tab. After clicking on the tab you will be presented with a screen showing all existing templates.

Note: If this is your first time in the Evaluator there will be no existing templates and your screen will look like this:
