An optional feature, Templates can be used as pre-written content for the body of an email, or as a signature to be added at the end of an email. You can upload signature templates to the Admin Portal from theInbound Email Templates page and use them when replying to a customer's email that was sent through the queue. The template size limitation is 100kb, which allows you enough room to add logos if needed. If you attempt to upload a template that exceeds 100kb, you will receive an error message.
