The Callback feature provides (Manage in Real Time > Manage Callbacks) provides callers who are waiting in queue , the chance to enter a phone number, and be called back instead of remaining on hold. The feature can be configured so that priority sequence (place in line) is not lost. There may be multiple callbacks waiting to be executed and each page will show up to sixteen callbacks that are in queue.To implement the Callback feature into a queue please consult with your Service Provider.
