- Navigate to the IVRs page by selecting Configuration > IVRs from the Navigation Panel located on the left side of the screen.
- Locate the entry with the activated bulletin.
- From the Active Bulletin drop down menu, select None.
- Click Update, located in the upper top right corner, to save your changes.
