  1. From the My Profile page, select the Individual Skills tab.
  2. Check the checkboxes for the queues you want to access. For any queues you do not want to access, uncheck the corresponding checkboxes.


     
  3. From the Priority dropdowndrop down menu, select the call priority for the queue.


     
  4. Check the Apply changes to active sessions after updating checkbox to ensure the queue access changes are applied immediately , once Update is clicked.


     
  5. Click Update, located in the top right corner of the page to save the changes.



Note: Always click Update, located in the upper top right corner to save your changes changes.
