    Note:
    Remember to click Update frequently to avoid losing any of your work. Also, ensure you click Update before exiting the Post Call Survey page; if you make changes to your survey and then exit the Post Call Survey page or sign out of the Admin Portal without clicking Update, all your changes will be lost.
  2. Your new survey is now available in the Survey drop down list. Notice the number assigned to your survey (101, 102, etc.), you will need this number when recording prompts.

  2. Next create your survey questions. Each question is created in a separate tab. Survey questions can be in one of three formats: Scale, True/False or Agree/Disagree, and Multiple Choice.
  3. Select the Q1 tab. In the Text area, type the survey question.

Note: The maximum number of questions per survey is ten, however, your survey can be comprised of less than ten questions. Remember to click Update often during survey creation to ensure all changes are saved, also click Update before exiting the Post Call Survey page.
